We’ve received your collection details. We’ll review the photos and description, then email you with an offer or questions.

  1. Review

    We look over your description, condition notes, and photos. If needed, we’ll ask for more info or specific card shots.

  2. Offer in Hollowlog credit

    You’ll receive an email with a proposed credit amount. If you accept, we’ll share shipping details.

  3. Send your cards

    You ship the cards to us (you cover outbound postage). Please pack securely and include your name & email inside the parcel.

  4. Verification & credit

    On receipt, we verify cards and condition. We then add store credit to your customer account and email confirmation.

Packing tips

  • Use sleeves/toploaders for higher-value cards; team bags or bricks for bulk.
  • Pad with bubble wrap; use a strong outer box (avoid thin mailers for large lots).
  • Include a note with your name and email.
  • Tracked shipping recommended.

Important notes

  • Store credit is applied to your customer account after we receive and verify the cards.
  • You’re responsible for shipping costs to Hollowlog.
  • If items are misrepresented, missing, or differ from the description/photos, you’re responsible for any return postage.
