Refund Policy – Hollowlog Cards

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

🔄 Change of Mind

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you check all item details and images before completing your purchase.

💳 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, we’re here to help.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Email us at [insert your email address] with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging.

  • We will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a full refund or replacement, depending on stock availability.

Please note:

  • Damage must have occurred in transit or be clearly inconsistent with the item description.

  • Graded cards come sealed and are sold as-is based on the grading company’s assessment.

📦 Returns

In cases where a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, and in protective packaging.

  • You will be provided with return instructions and may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

🔍 Lost Parcels

We use tracked shipping where possible. If your item has not arrived:

  • First, check the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation.

  • If your parcel appears to be lost, contact us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

  • Claims for lost parcels must be made within 20 days of dispatch.

📌 Additional Notes

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for minor imperfections in ungraded cards, as condition is subjective and accurately described and/or pictured to the best of our ability.

  • All sales are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
