We sell collectible Pokémon cards and related items. All listings aim to be as accurate and detailed as possible.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Tracked options are used where possible.

Hollowlog Cards is not liable for shipping delays once the item has been handed to the courier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We have a dedicated Refund Policy that explains what to do in the case of damage or other issues. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.
